Freshly ground coffee is a trade fair classic for a reason. The aroma catches attention, invites visitors to stop by and turns your booth into a natural meeting point for clients, business partners and your team.
Our experienced barista team prepares espresso, cappuccino, flat white, iced coffee, iced latte and other speciality coffees fresh on site throughout the day. We also offer a selection of teas for guests who prefer something other than coffee.
From the first coffee in the morning to a refreshing iced latte in the afternoon, we take care of the complete coffee service while you can focus on your visitors and conversations.
Whenever possible, we integrate our coffee service directly into the counter or bar provided by your stand builder. This creates a seamless look that perfectly matches your booth design. Alternatively, our own coffee bar can be used.
Custom branded cups and other individual details can turn the coffee service into an integral part of your brand experience.
Smoothie & Health Bar
Fresh, colourful and made right at your booth:
our Smoothie & Health Bar brings fresh fruit, vegetables and superfoods directly to your trade fair guests.
Our team prepares every smoothie fresh on site, creating everything from fruity favourites to green smoothies and energising combinations with ginger and superfoods. The menu can be tailored to your event, with a selection of different recipes served throughout the day.
For an even broader Health Bar concept, smoothies can be combined with freshly prepared ginger shots, infused water and other healthy refreshments – ideal for trade fairs, congresses and brands looking for a fresh alternative to traditional event catering.
The concept can also become part of your brand activation. We can create custom smoothie names, develop recipes inspired by your products, brand colours or campaign theme and add individually branded cups for a consistent look at your booth.
Whenever possible, we work directly from the counter or bar integrated into your exhibition stand, keeping the Health Bar perfectly in line with your booth design.
Homemade Lemonade Bar

our lemonade catering is a great way to give your trade fair guests a refreshing break during a busy day at the exhibition. Our Homemade Lemonade Bar brings freshly prepared, ice-cold lemonades directly to your booth.
Our team prepares and serves a selection of homemade lemonades with fresh fruit, herbs and unexpected flavour combinations. Passion fruit & lime, peach & rose, cherry & rosemary or grapefruit & mint are just a few examples – with seasonal creations and new combinations added regularly.
Usually, guests can choose from two or three different flavours throughout the day. Beautifully presented, the lemonades add colour to your booth and create an inviting spot for visitors to stop, refresh and stay for a conversation.
For a fully branded concept, we can create individual flavours and names inspired by your company, products or campaign. Branded cups add another visible touch and make the Lemonade Bar a natural part of your overall booth presentation.
Whenever possible, we integrate the Lemonade Bar directly into your existing booth counter or bar. Alternatively, our own bar can be used and customised with your branding – a great option for smaller exhibition stands or when no suitable counter is available.

Our bar team prepares classic cocktails, modern creations and sophisticated alcohol-free mocktails fresh on site. Whether you are planning a happy hour, a booth party, a product launch or simply want to offer your guests something special throughout the day, our cocktail catering can be tailored to your event and audience.
Prefer to keep your event completely alcohol-free?
No problem. Our Mocktail Bar offers the full bar experience without alcohol – freshly mixed, beautifully garnished and with just as much attention to flavour and presentation.
We can also create signature drinks inspired by your company, products, brand colours or campaign and give them individual names.
Branded cups and other customised details can make the bar an integral part of your brand presentation.

Branding can go far beyond the cup. Printed macarons, branded vitamin shots or apples with a laser-engraved logo are just a few of the possibilities we can provide for an individual brand experience.
For international exhibitors, we can also help source selected branded promotional products and giveaways locally in Germany. This can reduce the amount of material that needs to be shipped or transported to the trade fair.
